5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by Ellen Leith, Accounts Payable News™ on 2nd March 2009. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email (if supplied) or post  by 27 February 2009. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Accounts Payable News™, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.

6. PRIZE: There will be one prize and the prize will be a digi photo frame. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Accounts Payable News™ reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
