Accounts Payable News Prize Draw
1. ELIGIBILITY: This draw is open to named recipients of Accounts Payable News™ email and those who apply directly from accountspayablenews.org and is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. TO ENTER: email your answer to eleith[at]accountspayablenews.org or complete and fax your entry with name, company name, company address to 0870 680 1906. Accounts Payable News™ is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed entries. Only one entry per person per company will be accepted. Only those communicated with directly via post by Accounts Payable News™ and appear as the addressee by Accounts Payable News™ will be eligible for this free prize draw. No purchase necessary. Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Accounts Payable News™ reserve the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
This promotion runs until 11.59:59 p.m. on 5th March 2010.
4. USE OF DATA: If you do not wish to be contacted by Accounts Payable News™ for marketing purposes in the future please indicate by ticking the box on the registration form featured at: http://www.accountspayablenews.org
5. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Winners will be determined by a random prize draw conducted by Ellen Leith, Accounts Payable News on 5th March 2010. The draw will be supervised by an independent adjudicator. The winner will be notified by email (if supplied) or post by 31st March 2010. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, through no fault of Accounts Payable News™, within TEN (10) days after the first attempt, an alternative winner will be selected at random. The winners may be required to participate in further publicity or advertising.
6. PRIZE: There will be one prize and the prize will be John Lewis vouchers to the value of £150. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. No cash alternatives available. Accounts Payable News™ reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. The type of vouchers available may differ to the ones advertised.
7. WINNERS LIST: The winner consents to their surname being made publicly available. The winners name will be available for a period of 8 weeks after the draw. To obtain details please call +44 (0)845 680 1905.
8. OTHER: No correspondence will be entered into regarding either this promotion or these Terms and Conditions. In the unlikely event of a dispute, Accounts Payable News™ decision shall be final.
