BT, Capital and EC Harris are all in the running for gaining One Barnet's outsourcing contract for the next ten years. The first contract, valued at up to £750m, will create the ‘New Support and Customer Services Organisation’ (NSCSO), which will see either BT or Capita taking over IT infrastructure and support, customer services, finance and payroll and corporate procurement. The second deal is the ‘Development and Regulatory Services project’ is due to be announced in early January and will be handed to either Capita or EC Harris.
The supplier is expected to be announced by the end of 2012 with a plan to begin in April 2013.
