PROACTIS, a specialist Spend Control software provider, has announced its acquisition of Intelligent Capture Limited, a leading provider of document scanning and optical character recognition services.

Intelligent Capture generates over £1.25 million, annual recurring income and has more than 40 clients including blue chip companies, BT, Screwfix, BDO and Henderson.

Through the acquisition, customers of both PROACTIS and Intelligent Capture can look forward to enhanced solutions to support their purchasing operations.
