Royal Caribbean Cruises has selected Tungsten to help improve control and reduce the time of its invoicing processes. This will help the company to cut costs associated with invoice processing and improving visibility on spend with suppliers.

The leading global cruise brand with 22 ships, calling at more than 270 destinations, has joined Tungsten through DocuSphere -  the provider of accounts payable automation services that was acquired by Tungsten last year.

"Royal Caribbean receives invoices from suppliers based all over the world, so it was important for them to work with a provider that is tax compliant in multiple countries and legal authorities, and offers support in multiple languages." Said, Rick Hurwitz, Tungsten's CEO, Americas.

Tungsten's workflow product integrates seamlessly with the JD Edwards Accounts Payable software that Royal Caribbean currently uses.
