Logica, the business and technology service company has been awarded a framework contract by Government Procurement Service (GPS) for the provision of human resources, payroll and finance services to central government. The deal is expected to run over four years and could be worth anything between £50m and £500m, it also includes an outsourcing training element. Read more.
