Transaction Provides Early Evidence of the Benefits Provided by Capture Enabled BPM Solutions

Kofax plc, announced that a leading global financial institution has selected Kofax TotalAgility for its BPM and dynamic case management needs, the contract is estimated to be worth over $650,000 (£415,000).

The customer, a leading intergovernmental global organisation and cooperative of member banks responsible for reviewing and administering monetary policy among its constituents, will implement Kofax TotalAgility to improve the execution and efficiency of its business processes within a variety of functions, including human resources, information technology and facilities management. The customer currently dedicates approximately 700 employees to managing these business processes, which generate up to 13,000 process requests and documents annually that are eventually routed to its Documentum, Oracle and PeopleSoft repositories for access by employees.  The Kofax solution will enable the customer to deploy its processes in a timelier manner, ensure more consistent execution, rapidly adapt its processes to accommodate future business requirements and reduce costs.
