In another example of the expansion of cloud based solutions for e-invoicing, Basware has renewed a contract to provide its Invoice Automation solution as a service to a major customer in Norway. The contract covers the processing of the customer's e-invoicing in Norway.

And the deal is a large one. Valued at more than EUR 900,000 over the next three years, the solution will be deployed using Software as a Service (SaaS) delivery methods. The customer is the largest vendor in its industry with over 2,000 employees and turnover of almost NOK 7 billion.

With the help of Basware's Invoice Automation solution, over 60 per cent of the invoice processing is now electronic and the amount is increasing. With our solutions companies can automate their invoice processing and quickly benefit from lower costs per invoice."
