In another headline grabbing takeover, Hyland Software has announced its aquisition of AnyDoc Software.  And as these organizations come together, AnyDoc plans to extend Hyland’s ECM solutions. This union will also ensure end users have opportunities to leverage the OnBase product suite to expand and meet an organisation’s complete ECM strategy.

With the addition of AnyDoc, Hyland plans to expand its ability to deliver more robust capture-enabled solutions. The AnyDoc data capture and classification technologies will enhance Hyland’s end-to-end solutions in vertical markets such as healthcare, insurance, and financial services and in departmental solutions such as accounts payable and mailroom. This will offer the market a concise and productive solution set, and eliminate any need to replace existing systems by taking advantage of this broader set of capabilities offered by a single vendor.

The OnBase and AnyDoc product suites have a long integration history and steps will be taken to strengthen the integration and ties between the OnBase and AnyDoc products.
