| Tradeshift growth attracts Directors from Google & Microsoft |

Wednesday 15th May, 2013 In yet another demonstration of the ambitions and strenghtening position of Tradeshift, the company is set to announce some major new hires today, an announcement which follows on the back of a recruitment exercise which has seen almost 50 new employees join the company in the last two months. Mihir Nanavati, previously VP of product management at YouSendIt has joined as SVP of Product; Andy Huang, who previously worked in commerce business management and product quality management at Google is now VP of Global Strategy; Patrick Svenburg, who was Microsoft’s ‘Director, Platform Strategy, Developer & Platform Evangelism, Public Sector, joins as VP of Strategic Business Development, while Jovan Marjanovic, whose career spans periods at Deutsche Telekom’s T-Systems, SAP and Oracle, is now SVP of Market Development. The company's growth comes at the same time as some major client wins for Tradeshift which include DHL and chemicals manufacturer, DSM. And earlier this year the"multi-million dollar" partnership with Intuit's Quickbooks extended the Tradeshift platform into the heart of over 5m Quickbooks customers and brought with it an undisclosed investment from Intuit into Tradeshift, and a position on the Tradeshift board. Founded three years ago in Copenhagen, Tradeshift now has offices in San Francisco and London. |
