The IAPP (International Accounts Payable Professionals) announced today that despite a contracting UK economy, the launch of their British subsidiary - IAPP-UK has been a resounding success.  With a month on month increase in membership, the association thrives by continuing to expand its knowledge bank.

The Reading based organisation stated that it was offering membership at the reduced rate of £99 (rather than the usual £149), up until the end of October 2009. The only association of its kind in the UK, the IAPP-UK recognised a gap in the market – which AP Managers and other AP professionals are pleased to see filled in such a comprehensive way.

International Accounts Payable Professionals UK is a not for profit organisation aimed at raising the profile of AP as a profession, and empowering its members through training, online seminars, networking and a chance to study for an AP qualification.
